Student Memberships
To activate your membership visit your personal WebAdvisor account. Under the miscellaneous section complete the Wellness Centre Get Active Questionnaire and the Release of Liability Agreement and Consent Form. 24 hours after completion your FANcard will be activated and you will be able to use it to gain access to the facility.
Please note that we have many services that require booking including the climbing wall, golf simulator, group fitness classes and squash courts.
Employee Memberships
Employees are now able to activate their memberships. Please visit the front desk of the Student Wellness to complete your membership paperwork and activate your membership today.
12 Month Membership
$30.00/month + HST
Payments must be either payroll deduction (full time Fanshawe employees only) pre-authorized credit card or chequing account.
First monthly payment of 33.90 is required at sign up
4 Month Membership
$40.00/month + HST
Any staff member can purchase. Minimum 2 months down at sign up ($90.40, remainder to be paid in two months) or can pay in full.
