Full Time Students (London, Downtown, London South)
- Log into WebAdvisor
- Fill out your Wellness Centre Active Questionnaire
- Your student card will become your access (this usually takes about 24 hours)

Fully Online Students (Part-Time, Co-op, Term Break, Apprentice)
- Come to the Front Desk of the Wellness Centre located in building J
- Complete your paperwork and make your payment (credit or debit only)
- Your student card will be activated

Survivor of the Fittest
Registration is now available for our Fall 2023 Program! Join us for an 8 Week Challenge based on the TV show Survivor (except no on is getting voted off here). This program begins October 16 and you will complete 1 workouts each week and 1 challenge each week to accumulate beads. The individual with the most beads at the end of the challenge will win a prize! Registration closes Thursday October 12. Please make your payment to the front desk by the end of the day on October 12. Don’t miss out on this brand new program! There are two sessions to choose from
Mondays & Wednesdays 4:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:05 p.m. – 1:50 p.m.
Pricing is as follows:
Students – $20.00 + tax
Staff – $40.00 + tax
Non-Member – $50.00 + tax (Please note: you must be a Fanshawe student or staff member)

Mindfulness Challenge
Join us for a 28 day mindfulness challenge that will introduce you to a variety of mindfulness practices to get you started today. Try out a variety of options for your chance to win prizes while you deepen your mindfulness practice today! The calendar is available below. You can also take part in the challenge by following us on Instagram for your daily mindfulness prompts.

Nutrition Series 2: Introduction to Macronutrients
In part two of this eight part series we will focus on an introduction macronutrients. Building on our introduction from part one you will learn what the different macronutrients are and how to make sure you are getting enough of each one. We will also introduce you to some of the other important aspects of nutrition as well including micronutrients and water. Register below to hold your spot for this session on Thursday September 28 at 12:00 p.m.
