  1. Log into WebAdvisor  
  1. Fill out your Wellness Centre Active Questionnaire  
  1. Your student card will become your access (this usually takes about 24 hours)

Fully Online Students (Part-Time, Co-op, Term Break, Apprentice)

  1. Come to the Front Desk of the Wellness Centre located in building J
  2. Complete your paperwork and make your payment (credit or debit only)
  3. Your student card will be activated

Fitness Fundamentals begins May 6, 2024

Our Fitness Fundamentals program is back! Beginning May 6 you can sign up for your sessions. Choose from Cardio, Machines, or Free Weight sessions to learn how the equipment works and how to use it safely and easily. You can pick the sessions you want or sign up for them all. Session sign-ups are below. These sessions will run until May 30, 2024

Lunge Challenge

Our Lunge Challenge begins May 21, 2024. Join us each day for a different lunge variation for your chance to climb the ladder and be entered to win a $25 grocery gift card. You can pick up your challenge card at the fitness desk or download it below. Don’t forget to share your completed lunges with us via email (wellness@fanshawec.ca) or you can DM us on Instagram and we will add your name to the challenge board if you are participating from home. All participants who complete all the lunges will be entered for the prize.

Virtual Nutrition Series

Join us for 8 weeks’ worth of nutrition content delivered straight to your inbox.  Each week will focus on a different topic including healthy nutrition habits, meal planning and prepping, grocery shopping, mindful eating, and more.  On Monday morning each week, you will receive an email to your inbox with the week’s topic, a video walkthrough of the presentation as well as any associated handouts.  If you have questions you can always reach out to us.  

Virtual Sleep Seminar

Join us to start sleeping better today.  Learn the science behind your sleep and how you can use that to start improving your sleep today.  Most people don’t get enough quality sleep at night and we want to help you improve your sleep.  When we sleep better we are better at school, at work and just in our everyday lives.  Don’t miss out on this seminar and sleep more soundly today!  The video will be delivered to your inbox on June 5, 2024.
