Squash is a great activity to get your heart rate up and build your hand eye coordination. There is also a social aspect to squash that allows you to play with a friend. ​At the Student Wellness Centre goggles are mandatory and will be provided or you can bring your own. Racquets and balls are also available. ​

Access Available to Members

Book your sessions individually through the Fanshawe Fitness App or down below.

Check in at the front desk and pick up your equipment if you're borrowing any.

Access for Visiting Guests

You must have an active member as your host (except for Conference Services guests).

Participants must be 16 years of age or older.

Sessions are available at $15.00 + tax per person.

Employees may add Squash to their fitness membership for an additional $30 per month + tax.  Please wear clean indoor athletic shoes. You may only bring small items and water bottles inside. Change rooms with lockers are available, and you are required to bring your own locks.

Learn to Play Squash

You can now book your Learn to Play Squash classes through the Fanshawe Fitness Centre App! Each lesson lasts 1 hour, and you can book multiple sessions if needed. Discover proper techniques, learn the rules of the game, and improve your skills on the court!

Squash Workout

Squash is a great activity to get your heart rate up and build your hand eye coordination. Strength training can be a great way to complement your Squash sessions and to help prevent injuries.
