Struggling to get quality sleep? Join our 7-Day Sleep Challenge to build healthy sleep habits and wake up refreshed! From mindful breathing to setting up a calming sleep environment, this challenge helps you adjust to daylight saving time with more restful nights.

How to Participate:
Each day from March 24-30, you will receive a new Sleep Challenge email, offering you a small, effective action to create a bedtime routine that truly relaxes you. Implement the action, utilize the accompanying mindfulness session, and then submit the form to say you completed that day.

Every participant that completes and logs all 7 days will be entered into our draw for a $25 Amazon gift card!
