​Reaching your health and fitness goals shouldn’t stop because you can’t make it to the gym.  Fanshawe Virtual is a virtual fitness, nutrition and wellness platform from the Fanshawe Student Wellness Centre that connects you with others and offers variety of programming including:

  • Mindfulness

  • Group fitness

  • Stretch breaks

  • Small group training

  • Personal training

  • Nutrition coaching services 
     

Fanshawe Virtual also offers you access to on demand fitness classes you can access 24/7!

10 minute mindfulness and relaxation sessions scheduled Monday to Friday
