Individual Program Design
This program is only available to those who have completed the orientation. It is included with your membership.
- A fitness consultant will help you choose a program to suit your individual goals.
- We have 3 customized programs for you or your consultant to help you choose based on your goals:
- Strength / Muscle building
- Weight Management and
- Athletic / Functional Fitness.
- The fitness consultant will outline and demonstrate the program for you to continue with on your own.
- Modifications can be made to accommodate all fitness levels.
