Individual Program Design

This program is only available to those who have completed the orientation. It is included with your membership.

  • A fitness consultant will help you choose a program to suit your individual goals.
  • We have 3 customized programs for you or your consultant to help you choose based on your goals:
    • Strength / Muscle building 
    • Weight Management and
    • Athletic / Functional Fitness.
  • The fitness consultant will outline and demonstrate the program for you to continue with on your own.
  • Modifications can be made to accommodate all fitness levels.
