Beginning June 21, the Student Wellness Centre will begin offering outdoor fitness classes. All classes will have a 10 person capacity and will be offered to students living in residence, blended learning students as well as student athletes. You must book your classes ahead of time. Classes are subject to cancellation due to weather – rain, thunderstorm, extreme heat and humidity warnings. The class schedule and information on booking your sessions as well a FAQ document to prepare you for your sessions can be found below.
