- Fill out your Wellness Centre Active Questionnaire
- Your student card will become your access (this usually takes about 24 hours)
Fully Online Students (Part-Time, Co-op, Term Break, Apprentice)
- Come to the Front Desk of the Wellness Centre located in building J
- Complete your paperwork and make your payment (credit or debit only)
- Your student card will be activated
Working on Wellness: Mindfulness Meditation
In Part 1 of our Working on Wellness (WOW) series, we will focus on introducing the concept of mindfulness and meditation and give you practical examples of ways to start to implement mindfulness and meditation into your everyday life. One random attendee will win a $25 grocery gift card.
Decluttering Challenge
Spring is just around the corner and we want to help you spring clean some of your spaces. Join us for our Decluttering Challenge beginning March 11. You can pick up your challenge card at the fitness desk or download it below. You can also participate virtually by grabbing the challenge card on Instagram and following along for your daily challenge.
